Chris Malone - just retired from the US Army (USASOC) where he spent his career chasing adventure and new opportunities, traveling to 15 countries while in service. He was the driving force behind the “Black Daggers”, the US Army Parachute Demo team, performing demo skydives into stadiums and garden parties across the USA.

Tommy Papatango worked 10 years in the Silicon Valley, California as a Software Engineer. He joined Apple Inc. in 2007 after graduating (M.S. EE) from Stanford University. In 2011, Papatango moved to Fitbit Inc.; then a startup employing less than 50 people. He is an independant consultant since 2017.

Buddha Boogie

Sharing a passion for extreme sports and love for traveling, Chris and Papatango met up at skydive Deland in 2022. The two decided to combine their skills and get-it-done attitudes to organize high-level adventure trips.

Buddha Boogie, Everest One invites qualified licensed skydivers on a 10-day expedition through the Everest Region. Participants perform a H.A.L.O (High Altitude Low Opening) Skydive from 23'000 feet. They join a small group of highly privileged individuals that get to admirie the stark nature of Nepal and Mount Everest from the highest level.

Expeditionary Experience invites disabled combat veterans to enjoy a trekking and skydiving experience, continuing to live their lifes to the fullest.

To put on events like Buddha Boogie and Expeditionary Experience, risk management and event planning must be of the highest level. This is necessary to safely move a group through a multi-day trek, whilst skydiving into Nepal’s ultimate bucket list site.
